Hyper-Cool Jade® refers to jade minerals integrated into our fiber at the yarn level for natural thermal conductivity. Jade Chitin Viscose is a high-performance fiber made by infusing cellulose (viscose) with sub-micron jade stone particles for cooling and chitin—a natural polymer from recycled crab shells—for permanent antimicrobial properties. It's a clean alternative to polyester. Explore all fabrics.
The cooling effect is physical, not chemical. Jade stone particles embedded in the fiber are naturally thermally conductive, actively pulling heat away from your skin so garments feel cool to the touch. Lab testing shows our fabrics can be approximately 3°–5° cooler than conventional synthetics when you're hot, and up to 20× more breathable than polyester.
Yes. Chitin is integrated directly into the fiber—not applied as a surface coating—so its ability to inhibit odor-causing bacteria will not wash out over time. Marketing copy cites 99%+ reduction in odor-causing bacteria; performance varies by style and use.
Supima® is an ultra-long-staple cotton grown in the USA, prized for superior softness, color retention, and durability compared to regular cotton. Many HyperNatural polos and tees blend Supima® with our bio-performance fibers for everyday comfort and structure.
Instead of chemical silver or zinc treatments for odor control, we use chitin—a natural polymer that inhibits odor-causing bacteria. Garments are made with 0% harmful chemical dyes where stated, reducing skin exposure to toxins common in traditional textile processing. Fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning components are tested for harmful substances. Wearable wellness: what's on your body is in your body.
HyperNatural offers classic and tailored fits across polos, tees, and shirts. Fabrics are prewashed to minimize shrinkage. For personalized guidance, take our fit quiz or compare measurements on each product page. When between sizes, check the fit notes on the style you're viewing.
Turn garments inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Cool iron when needed. Avoid fabric softener—it can coat natural fibers and reduce breathability. Because of natural dyes, some styles may transfer color when new; wash separately in cold water before first wear.
Micro-pique polos are a favorite for golf and warm-weather travel—structured, breathable, and odor-resistant. Featherweight jersey tees excel for everyday layering, workouts, and long flights. Browse curated collections on the storefront or shop all fabrics to compare blends and weights.
Depending on the product, our fabrics and components may carry OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (chemically safe for human contact), bluesign® approval, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) for recycled spandex, and FSC references for packaging. Certifications apply to specific components—confirm on each product page. Learn more on our wearable wellness page.
Polyester is petroleum-based plastic that traps heat, sheds microplastics, and often relies on chemical odor treatments. HyperNatural uses 0% virgin polyester, bio-based cooling and chitin for odor control, and natural breathability—without coatings that wash out. Explore the wearable wellness narrative or our sustainability page to go deeper.
We recommend machine washing in cold water separately before first wear for styles using natural dyes, which can transfer color when new. After the initial wash, follow the standard care instructions on the garment label.
HyperNatural pioneers a clean alternative to synthetic performance wear. Our tagline—A Clean Alternative to Synthetic Performance—reflects a mission to create luxury textiles made better by nature for people, industry, and planet. We engineer premium men's polos, tees, and shirts at the yarn level with patent-pending bio-performance technology.
Polyester is essentially plastic against your skin—it traps heat, sheds microplastics with wear and wash, and often depends on chemical finishes. We use 0% virgin polyester, replacing petroleum-based fibers with bio-based and regenerated materials like Hyper-Cool Jade®, chitin, Supima® cotton, and Creora® Regen recycled spandex.
We prioritize regenerative and recycled inputs, closed-loop manufacturing themes, and certified clean production. HyperNatural is a member of 1% for the Planet, contributing to environmental partners with every sale. Many styles are approximately 95% biodegradable by fiber weight. Read more on our sustainability page.
Wearable wellness is the idea that what you put on your body matters as much as what you put in it. Your skin constantly interacts with the materials and chemicals in your clothing. HyperNatural designs for skin-contact safety—natural odor control, cooling without chemical coatings, and OEKO-TEX® testing—so your wardrobe supports your health. Learn more.

Many HyperNatural garments are approximately 95% biodegradable by fiber weight—the primary exception is 100% recycled Creora® spandex, where no natural alternative yet exists at our performance standard. We also eliminated polyester product tags and care labels where possible.
Our sustainability page covers microplastic reduction, regenerated materials, packaging, and 1% for the Planet membership. For fabric-level detail, see Shop All Fabrics.
